The ideal eWallet Growth Manager is a data‑led, digitally fluent growth executor who can orchestrate channels, product, and analytics to scale active usage responsibly and cost‑efficiently.
Strong Digital & Payments Growth Mindset
A successful eWallet GM must deeply understand digital‑first growth mechanics, not traditional sales alone.
What to look for:
- NQ7- Bacherlors or BCom Degree is required
- 5-7 Years Experience
- Experience scaling digital Wallet products or similar
- Comfort with high‑volume, transactional businesses where scale, activation, and retention matter more than once‑off sales.
- Understanding of unit economics (Cost of Acquisition)
- Clear thinking around growth loops (activation → usage → repeat usage → advocacy).
Data‑Led Decision Making (Not Intuition‑Led)
eWallet growth is driven by behavioural data, not gut feel.
What to look for:
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interrogate dashboards and raw data.
- Experience using data to:
- Understand & Identify drop‑off points in the user funnel.
- Test and iterate initiatives (A/B testing, pilots)
- Ability to translate insights into practical actions Strategies and Tactics.
Channel Enablement & Execution Excellence
eWallet success depends on how well channels execute the growth strategy.
What to look for:
- Proven experience working with physical, digital, or hybrid channels.
- Ability to:
- Contract growth targets with channels
- Track performance rigorously
- Influence without direct authority
- Strong operational discipline—can turn strategy into repeatable execution.
Customer‑Centric Growth Thinking
eWallet users are often crowded, transactional, and price‑sensitive, so customer understanding is critical.
Cross‑Functional Influence & Stakeholder Management
The GM role is an orchestrator role.
What to look for:
- Strong collaboration with:
- Product & Technology
- Segment & Marketing
- Analytics & Campaign teams
- Risk, Compliance & Operations
- Ability to secure buy‑in from senior stakeholders and align teams to a shared outcome.
- Comfortable navigating complex governance environments common in banking.

Growth in eWallet requires sustained execution—not one‑off campaigns.

- Proven track record of taking initiatives from idea → pilot → scale.
