Accounts Executive

Our client is a family-owned business in the food manufacturing and retail industry. They are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing bank, intercompany and supplier reconciliations.
• Posting of monthly journals.
• Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Performing other accounting and finance-related duties as required.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• In possession of an A-Level in Accounts, an AAT qualification or currently in the early stages of the ACCA.
• Proficient in Accounting and office software such as Excel applications.
• Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• A good eye for detail.
