I. Douyin E-commerce Business Operations

1. Manage the overall operations of Pernod Ricard’s Douyin official flagship store and brand accounts, including annual, quarterly, and monthly business targets, product strategy, and operational planning.

2. Oversee brand self-operated livestreaming operations, including livestream frequency, product assortment, and promotional mechanisms, to continuously improve livestream GMV and conversion efficiency.

3. Manage the KOL sales matrix by expanding and maintaining partnerships with top-tier and mid-tier Douyin creators and MCN agencies, driving creator-led distribution and brand exposure.

4. Monitor and analyze core store metrics such as traffic, conversion, and repurchase, and continuously optimize operational strategies based on data-driven insights.

 

II. Cross-functional Collaboration and Resource Integration

1. Serve as the core point of contact for the Douyin business, collaborating with Marketing, Trade Marketing, CRM, Strategy, and other functions to drive the day-to-day operations of cross-functional working groups.

2. Lead budget planning and execution for the Douyin channel, coordinating the efficient allocation of media budgets, social budgets, and e-commerce sales budgets.

3. Liaise with external service providers, including WS, TP, MCN agencies, and media agencies, to ensure execution quality and delivery outcomes.

 

III. Strategy and Innovation

1. Track changes in Douyin platform policies, algorithms, and industry trends, adjust operational strategies in a timely manner, and capture opportunities for traffic and category growth.

2. Explore new opportunities for spirits on Douyin, such as late-night livestreaming, at-home light-drinking occasions, and AI-powered content marketing, to drive category innovation and brand rejuvenation.
