The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our Vancouver team. This role is suited for recent graduates as well as early-career designers who are ready to jump in and contribute right away. At Thinkingbox, creativity is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll work across integrated projects spanning digital, experiential, and brand initiatives.
In this role, you’ll support the creation of visually engaging design work across websites, interactive experiences, campaigns, and brand systems. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including strategy, motion, development, and production, gaining hands-on experience delivering cohesive creative across multiple touchpoints. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, you’ll contribute to client work that challenges and inspire while building a strong foundation in integrated design.
