The Next-Gen Compliance, Identity & Entity Management Platform is growing its team in Israel that supports global customers while building strong customer success foundation.
You will:
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic programs and projects through demonstrating high level of project management quality and getting to a successful delivery
- Manage programs/projects both on the day-to-day level while being able to have a clear view of the entire program
- Ensure awareness of project status across the organization, serve as the main focal point, get and keep things on track
- Problem solving - constant identifications of gaps and risks and take the initiative to find a solution and execute
- Effectively apply company's program management office methodology and enforce project standards
- Ensure knowledge is managed and kept throughout the work processes
- Contribute to program methodology building based on lesson learned processes and gained experience
The candidates we are looking for must:
- 2 years of program/project management experience with a proven track record of driving results in hi-tech organizations
- English level - highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience using Project Management Tools such as Asana/Monday/Jira
- Experience in cross functional project management
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
Other advantages:
- Experience in the SaaS/Cloud based solutions
- Deep knowledge of software and product development life cycles - PMP and / or CSM
