Usher
The usher welcomes fans, provides directions, and helps create a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone attending the football game. This role requires excellent customer service, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm in a busy event environment.
Note: This is a part-time position 17.5 hours per week.
What you’ll do in this position:
Greet guests and assist with seating, entrances, exits, and stadium facilities. Check tickets and help enforce stadium policies. Answer questions and provide information about game-day services. Monitor assigned areas and report safety or security concerns. Assist guests with accessibility needs and respond courteously to requests.

Pay Grade: 44
Typical Starting Pay: $14.75 - $17.50
The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors. Candidates with very significant work-related experience may receive an offer higher than the posted typical range.
