As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. You will respond to routine concerns, report observations, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, responding to alarms, and reporting unusual conditions or hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities and document incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
