The Opportunity

In this hands-on role, you'll be at the center of our manufacturing operations, supporting quality processes from raw material inspection through final product release. You'll work closely with production teams, quality engineers, and operations stakeholders to maintain compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and help deliver world-class products to our customers.

How You'll Make an Impact
Create and maintain quality inspection plans for raw materials and finished products.
Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
Review and approve finished products prior to shipment release.
Develop, update, and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Ensure testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and functioning effectively.
Identify quality concerns and escalate anomalies through established quality alert processes.
Partner with production teams to ensure adherence to operating procedures and production schedules.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your Background
Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Industrial Electrical Testing, or a related technical field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar quality-focused role.
Working knowledge of quality systems, ISO 9000 concepts, and quality control methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, and 2D drawings.
Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP ERP or a similar enterprise system.
