Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full Time

Salary: $1,250 – $1,600 USD monthly total target compensation ($8.00 USD/hour base + uncapped bi-weekly commissions)

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time

Position Overview:

Our Client is a rapidly expanding franchise operator of Scenthound—a premier routine dog hygiene and wellness care concept—located in Richmond, Virginia. Dedicated to making routine canine care accessible and convenient across the United States, they combine dedicated membership models with high-touch customer care. Driven by rapid location growth, they are building out their remote sales team to drive membership acquisition, trial appointment bookings, and schedule optimization.

The Role

Our Client is seeking a high-energy, resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the primary remote sales and scheduling contact for both prospective and existing pet owners. Operating as the first point of contact, this professional will execute high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls, handle customer inquiries, convert leads into trial appointments, and sell recurring wellness memberships. Working Tuesday through Saturday during US Eastern business hours, this role requires a candidate with exceptional C2/native English fluency, strong phone presentation, and a drive to earn uncapped bi-weekly performance commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound/Outbound Sales & Appointment Scheduling

Manages high-volume daily inbound and outbound phone calls to prospective and existing pet owners across the local market.
Engages leads using structured value propositions to pitch hygiene services, schedule trial appointments, and close monthly wellness memberships.
Consults with existing members to schedule recurring grooming visits and optimize daily center appointment capacity.
Delivers a professional, high-touch, and flawless customer service experience across every phone and digital interaction.

Pipeline Management & Performance Execution

Tracks all customer touchpoints, lead statuses, scheduled trial visits, and sold memberships accurately within the CRM system.
Meets and exceeds weekly activity targets, outbound call quotas, and membership conversion metrics.
Embraces ongoing coaching and call reviews to continuously refine phone scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales closings.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

English Proficiency: Advanced C2 / Native-level English fluency (written and spoken) with clear pronunciation and conversational speed suited for US consumers.
Sales / SDR Experience: 1+ years of demonstrated success in sales development, telesales, high-volume call center environments, or customer acquisition.
Phone Confidence & Energy: Comfortable managing high daily call volume, navigating customer questions with warmth, and assertively closing membership sales.
Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
Coachability & Drive: High personal accountability, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to apply direct coaching feedback to boost sales conversion.
Remote Infrastructure: Independent contractor status eligibility, a quiet dedicated home office, a personal computer, a professional headset, and a stable high-speed internet connection.
