Overview We are looking for a dynamic, client-centric professional equipped with fluent or native-level German proficiency to reinforce our growing team in Bucharest. In this permanent, full-time capacity, you will serve as the primary ambassador for German-speaking clients, resolving inquiries with professionalism and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Core Accountabilities

• Multichannel Support: Provide prompt, effective resolutions for incoming client communications received via telephone, email, and live messaging in fluent German with empathy and precision.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly diagnose user challenges to deliver accurate, tailored first-contact solutions and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Log detailed and precise records of customer interactions, account updates, and case summaries within our enterprise CRM platform with absolute accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with secondary support teams and technical specialists to clear complex, escalated tickets efficiently.
• Service Enhancements: Recognize underlying client needs to suggest valuable service extensions that boost overall satisfaction and account value.
• Knowledge Upgrades: Continually refresh your familiarity with company policies, product capabilities, and internal software tools through ongoing learning.

Target Candidate ProfileEssential Qualifications:

• Languages: Native or C1–C2 level German fluency paired with professional working proficiency in English (B2 standard or higher) for internal communications.
• Communication: Outstanding active listening skills, clear verbal articulation, and refined written correspondence abilities.
• Technical Aptitude: Adept at using Microsoft Office applications and capable of mastering specialized corporate software quickly and efficiently.
• Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and analytical disposition when navigating challenging customer service interactions with diplomacy.
• Location: Able to commute to the Eroii Revoluției office location three days per week.

Onboarding & Training

• Duration: One week of intensive, structured initial training to ensure you are fully prepared for success.
• Schedule: Conducted Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
• Content: Led by professional corporate trainers, covering support platforms, product mastery, internal workflows, and practical user simulations.

Compensation & Financial Perks

• Base Pay & Allowances: 5,569 RON net per month base salary + 400 RON net monthly stipend covering home office utility and transportation costs (Total Net Guaranteed: 5,969 RON/month).
• Meal Allowance: 25 RON per working day, distributed via a Pluxee card.
