Job Description:

As a National Account Representative, you'll lead sales growth efforts for Copeland's industry-leading Comfort Control residential HVACR portfolio within the MRO channel. Leveraging the strength of the trusted White-Rodgers brand, you'll collaborate with national account partners, develop strategic customer relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business across corporate, regional, and local markets.

AS AN NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL:
Develop and strengthen national account relationships.
Identify, quantify, and integrate portfolio growth opportunities with national accounts.
Ensure the execution of the National Accounts annual business plan.
Identify key account contacts at corporate and branch locations, providing call reports and up-to-date sales data and information in the Salesforce CRM system.
Ascertain share position and formulate sales and marketing plan, by portfolio and by season, to increase sales by an agreed upon percentage.
Coordinate and process fiscal year program agreements across accounts.
Collaborate with accounts in implementing new product setup and sales execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge and insight of HVACR competitive product positioning at key accounts, including share position by portfolio.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
B.A. / B.S. degree
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with B2B solution selling processes at the national account level
Proficiency in the application of Microsoft Office suite
Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) to manage account contacts, tasks, sales calls, and forecast pipelines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Travel expectation of approximately 25%

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in person, and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in the office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
