Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to drive organic growth through new business development and relationship management. This role is ideal for a sales-focused insurance professional with a strong track record of developing commercial accounts, building client relationships, and generating new revenue.
The position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment with access to strong carrier relationships and internal resources that support continued business development and client service.
Responsibilities

Develop and close new Commercial Lines business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, centers of influence, and referral partners.

Collaborate with internal service teams to support a positive client experience.

Identify opportunities to provide risk management, claims consulting, and other value-added services.

Generate cross-selling opportunities across complementary insurance and financial service offerings.

Maintain strong carrier relationships and support marketing strategies for client accounts.

Develop industry or niche expertise to support targeted business development efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements

3+ years of Commercial Insurance production experience.

Proven track record of generating new business and growing commercial revenue.

Existing commercial book of business preferred.

Experience working with middle-market and/or large commercial accounts.

Strong sales, networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Compensation Package

Competitive base salary plus commission.

40% new business commission.
