What You’ll Do
Be the Client’s Confidant (and Challenger)
•Be the day-to-day strategic partner for clients, ensuring their communications move the needle.
•Anticipate client needs and proactively deliver solutions that align with business goals.
•Lead media and influencer strategies, securing high-impact opportunities across platforms.
•Craft compelling narratives—from media pitches and press releases to thought-leadership content.

Coach with Curiosity
•Manage, coach, and inspire Account Managers, Executives, and Associates to deliver their best work.
•Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and curiosity within the team.
•Lead by example—mentoring junior talent and acting as the steady hand during challenges.

Turn Campaigns into Conversations
•Design and deliver integrated campaigns that combine traditional PR, digital, and influencer strategies.
•Ensure flawless execution across deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
•Monitor campaign performance, translate data into insights, and optimize for results.

Turn Momentum into Growth
•Deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand scopes and services.
•Support senior leadership in pitches and business development with smart insights and bold ideas.
•Represent the agency at industry forums, networking events, and client-facing thought leadership.

Keep the Chaos Classy
•Manage account profitability, scope projects with precision, and ensure commercial discipline.
•Oversee project management, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth delivery at every stage.
•Maintain high quality and consistency across all client outputs.

What We Expect from You:
•6–8 years of PR/communications experience, ideally agency-side.
•Proven experience leading accounts, managing teams, and delivering digital-first campaigns.
•Strong media relations skills paired with a savvy understanding of digital and influencer ecosystems.
•Confident storyteller with exceptional writing and presentation ability.
•A mentor and motivator with natural leadership presence.
•Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, solutions-oriented, and always spotting opportunities.
