Where You’ll Make a Difference
Develop and execute global account strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and market share
Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key customer stakeholders across regions
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions
Manage and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with financial targets and KPIs
Identify new business opportunities and influence customer briefs to maximize value creation
Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
Ensure seamless collaboration with operations to meet customer service, quality, and supply expectations
Lead projects end-to-end, including brief alignment, submissions, and post-launch performance reviews
What Makes You the Right Fit
5 years of experience in sales, marketing, product development, or related roles in fragrance, FMCG, or ingredients industries
Strong B2B account management experience with a customer-centric mindset
Proven ability to manage financials including pricing, margins, and forecasting
Solid understanding of product development, consumer insights, and market trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments
Effective project management and stakeholder alignment skills
Digital and data savvy with ability to leverage tools and market intelligence
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred)

Fragrance industry expertise with olfactive and technical understanding
Experience managing global strategic accounts across multiple regions
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or background in creative/innovation-driven industries
