Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver profitable commercial and contractual solutions ensuring that commercial and contractual risks are mitigated and required governance is followed.
Where required, work with Procurement to advise on key contractual obligations and risks within the allocated contracts and ensure flow down and mitigation accordingly.
About you?

Procurement or Commercial and Contracts background with experience of negotiation and contract management activities.
Experience of delivering high quality complex workload with supervision within a technical environment
