The position requires regular on-site presence at our Barcelona office and availability to travel when needed. Travel may include Vigo and other locations in Spain, as well as Italy, Albania and other countries where BizAway operates or requires IT support.
Your role in BizAway
- Provide first-level and basic second-level support for hardware, software, identity, SaaS and connectivity issues.
- Manage assigned support tickets from initial diagnosis through resolution or escalation.
- Support employee onboarding, access changes and offboarding according to internal procedures.
- Help administer users, groups, devices and permissions across JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian and other SaaS platforms.

- Support office technology, including meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, printers, network equipment and other workplace systems.
- Maintain accurate ticket, user, device and asset records.
- Support device assignments, returns, stock management and hardware-lifecycle activities.
- Assist with office openings, migrations, technology rollouts and hardware-refresh projects.
- Travel to BizAway locations in Spain and other countries to provide on-site support and assist with IT projects.
- Follow device-management policies, security controls and endpoint-configuration standards.
- Create and update technical documentation, internal procedures and user guides.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Escalate complex technical or security issues with clear troubleshooting notes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Spain and the wider international IT & Security team.
Your basic qualifications
- Around one year of professional experience in MSP IT support, workplace technology or a similar role.
- Practical experience handling common IT support requests and technical issues.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and macOS administration and troubleshooting.
