Senior Finance Analyst (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Aktive Unterstützung des CFO bei unterschiedlichen Finanzangelegenheiten
• Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen einschließlich der Analyse von Plänen und Prognosen für das interne Management und den Konzern. Vorbereitung von Monats-, Vierteljahres- und Jahresbudgets
• Unterstützung der einzelnen Geschäftsbereiche (Vertrieb, IT, Produktmanagement, Rechtsabteilung) in Bezug auf Analyse und Finanzmanagement und -kontrolle
• Schnittstelle (Kooperation und Koordination) mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern des Konzerns zum Thema Provisionsabrechnung
• Aufbereitung, Bereitstellung und Analyse von Umsatzerlösen für die Vorbereitung der variablen Vergütung des Vertriebs inkl. Organisation des internen Auszahlungsprozesses
• Unterstützung bei der Preisgestaltung und Business Case Modellierung, nach Bedarf. KPI-Analyse und Reporting. Zusammenstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen. Ad-hoc-Analysen und Mitarbeit an Finanzprojekten

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finance Bereich wünschenswert
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Excel im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und mit gängigen CRM- bzw. Controlling-Tools
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit diversen ERP- und Reporting-Systeme: Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, SAP
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
• Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

Die Tätigkeit erfordert eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit an unseren Standorten in Frankfurt und Bad Homburg. In der Regel entfallen dabei drei Arbeitstage auf Frankfurt und zwei Arbeitstage auf Bad Homburg.
