Supply Chain Manager

We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager for a large, established construction and infrastructure group operating across Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and material transportation across multiple active project sites, ensuring materials are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehousing, inventory control, logistics, fleet, and material distribution across project sites.
• Coordinate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with Project Managers and project schedules.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to align material requirements with BOQs and budgets.
• Manage heavy-material transportation, haulage, 3PL providers, and freight forwarders.
• Implement inventory controls, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and procedures to minimize theft, scrap, and material losses.
• Develop warehouse and logistics SOPs.
• Lead and develop storekeepers, logistics coordinators, and yard supervisors.
• Ensure HSE standards are followed across warehouses, yards, and transport operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of supply chain/logistics experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership position.
• Strong experience within construction, infrastructure, heavy engineering, or manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and material planning.
• Advanced experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
• Proven ability to establish warehouse systems and manage site-based operational teams.
