Position Summary...
As a Supply Chain Operations Lead, you'll serve as a key operational support partner within the facility, helping ensure daily processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role provides an opportunity to deepen your supply chain expertise, support associate learning through process training, and help identify opportunities for operational improvement. What you'll do...
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations by helping execute plans established by salaried leadership and assisting with operational priorities throughout the shift.
- Serve as a process resource by sharing knowledge, answering questions, and helping associates understand standard work and One Best Way procedures.
- Support training efforts by providing process instruction, demonstrating best practices, and helping associates build proficiency in their roles.
- Monitor operational processes and communicate concerns, barriers, or emerging issues to salaried leadership for resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping implement approved process changes and encouraging adherence to established standards.
- Support a collaborative work environment by building positive working relationships and encouraging knowledge sharing across operational areas.
- Maintain awareness of operational metrics and communicate observations and trends to salaried leadership.
- Demonstrate flexibility by maintaining knowledge of multiple operational functions and supporting business needs where appropriate.

Physical Activities
- Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
- Reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Stand and walk within work area for extended periods of time.
- Safely operates motor vehicles and other large power equipment.
- Works varying shifts as required, including overnight, weekend, and weekend overnight shifts.
- 1 year experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience leading, planning and coordinating operational activities in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.20 - $29.70* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
