Description
The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential.
The Marketing Coordinator must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. This position requires self-direction, tact, and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with partners, staff, clients and vendors. Organization and attention to detail are critical components of this position. In addition, they must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.
This role is designed to provide exposure to a wide range of marketing functions, offering the opportunity to build experience across the areas outlined below. While the scope is broad, Anders takes a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to prioritization to ensure a manageable workload and support work/life balance.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Plan and execute special events including firm-wide seminars, parties, meetings and community fundraisers.
- Update and maintain marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other collateral according to brand standards.
- Manage ad updating and submitting.
- Write invitation copy, event descriptions and marketing emails.
- Maintain and manage the marketing database through contact updates and mail list reports.
- Maintain and update CRM, including contact data, marketing mail lists, and pipeline assistance and conduct training on CRM system.
- Assist in creating and implementing campaigns through a marketing automation platform.
- Assist in managing social media channels.
- Take photos and video for marketing materials
- Perform market research for pipeline process.
- Update and maintain pages on company intranet when needed.
- Manage firm’s branded collateral and inventory including execution on all graphic design.
- Manage recruitment marketing
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including registration pages, scheduling, and communications
- Research podcast guests and coordinate scheduling and recording logistics.
- Coordinate event logistics (internal Anders and external industries/service lines), including shipping, swag, print materials, and event assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely event deliverables
- Track marketing projects and proactively resolve logistical issues

Your Qualifications:
- Internship or work experience in marketing, communication, journalism, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft Office proficient; basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator preferred
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.
