Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos Bank is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our integrated Enterprise Marketing organization. This role is the operational backbone for a fast-moving marketing team — managing schedules, budgets, vendor logistics, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong executive or administrative support experience who wants to apply those skills within a corporate marketing function.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, PO management, and financial record-keeping
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics across marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own team process documentation, ensuring workflows are current, compliant with risk controls, and regularly reviewed
  • Track budgets against plan and flag variances for team leads
  • Organize and archive files and assets to support compliance, audit reviews, and team accessibility
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information (budgets, vendor contracts) with discretion
• Vendor & Project Coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and agency partners on logistics, invoicing, and deliverable tracking
  • Manage project workflows in Workfront or equivalent tools, tracking progress and flagging risks or delays to team leads
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across functional teams supporting marketing campaigns
• Reporting & Documentation Support
  • Compile and format recurring reporting packages (Quarterly Marketing Reports, bi-weekly updates, enterprise MAP reports) using content and definitions provided by the marketing team
  • Maintain shared trackers and dashboards, ensuring data is current and organized
  • Prepare polished PowerPoint materials and briefing documents for leadership meetings
• Team & Process Support
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members
  • Coordinate travel, offsites, and team events as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recurring operational processes across the team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative coordinator, or operations support role
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
• Marketing, financial services, or regulated-industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information
• Experience with project management or workflow tools (Workfront, Asana, or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (formatting, tracking, presentation-ready output)
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
