Deine Aufgaben

We're looking for a Working Student to join our Ecommerce / Customer Experience team. You'll help run and improve our Shopify store day to day, work closely with Onsite Marketing and Creative on how products and campaigns show up to customers, and contribute to a shop experience that's fast, clear, and genuinely enjoyable to use.

What you'll do

• Shop management: maintain and continuously improve content, product presentation, and merchandising within Shopify.

• Customer experience: monitor the shopping journey end to end, flag friction points, and help resolve issues that affect customers.

• Cross-team collaboration: work closely with Onsite Marketing and Creative to align product presentation with campaigns and brand standards.

• Campaign support: help plan and execute onsite marketing measures and campaigns in coordination with the Marketing team.

• Data-driven decisions: use reports and analytics to identify opportunities and translate them into customer-oriented actions.

• Product delivery: support the feature pipeline — gather requirements, write user stories, help ensure release quality, and measure outcomes of changes.

• First point of contact: serve as an additional contact for shop-related bugs and urgent issues.

Dein Profil

What we're looking for

• You're a student or recent graduate in business, marketing, e-commerce, digital innovation, or a related field.

• You have a strong affinity for e-commerce, and combine analytical thinking with creativity.

• You pick up complex tasks with multiple variables and a degree of uncertainty quickly and confidently.

• You work proactively, independently, and are comfortable taking ownership of your work.

• You enjoy working in a team and can present your ideas clearly and with confidence.

• You have excellent written and spoken English.

• Nice to have: strong written and spoken German.

• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
