MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 14–16+ years of Company Secretarial & Compliance experience in a listed company setup.
• Strong expertise in SEBI regulations, Companies Act, Stock Exchange compliances & corporate governance.
• Hands-on experience in Board/Committee governance, regulatory filings, investor disclosures & listed-company compliance.

Our client is a leading Indian alternative asset manager focused on private credit, real assets and other private-market investment strategies.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in a listed company environment and advise the Board on corporate governance best practices.
• Organize and attend Board and Committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of minutes, agendas, and supporting documents, while maintaining records of resolutions, contracts, and shareholder agreements.
• Oversee compliance functions, ensuring adherence to SEBI, stock exchange, and other relevant regulations, while leading the filing of required regulatory documents.
• Oversee investor communications and disclosures in compliance with listing agreements and insider trading norms, managing public announcements and ensuring transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, investor relations) to ensure seamless compliance processes and provide strategic guidance on compliance.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 14-16 years of experience as a Company Secretary in a listed company setup
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other relevant legal frameworks.
• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
