Lead Digital Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager.

In this role, you will:

Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

Act as key participant in large-scale planning

Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant professional experience in Wholesale or Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, digital banking, product management, activation strategy, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience leading activation or digital product strategy across multiple journeys without relying on direct product ownership.

Proven ability to translate quantitative data and qualitative insight into activation strategies, product recommendations, and measurable action plans.

Strong understanding of commercial and institutional client workflows and the factors that influence digital awareness, enrollment, adoption, and ongoing usage.

Experience partnering with product, servicing, sales, operations, digital readiness, and experience teams to deliver cohesive client outcomes.

Advanced client-centric thinking, with the ability to convert unmet needs and adoption barriers into practical, scalable solutions.

Demonstrated ability to influence product, business, or investment decisions through structured thinking and fact-based storytelling.

Experience defining performance measures, assessing results, and using data to refine activation strategies and execution priorities.

Experience managing medium-to-large initiatives, including plans, risks, dependencies, resources, delays, and scope changes.

Ability to coach others, encourage knowledge sharing, and build alignment around shared outcomes.
