Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Country Club Patrol in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Armed Security Officer at a private club location, you will monitor access points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, residents, and staff while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entrances, gates, and access points; verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, common spaces, and the perimeter, to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Assist with traffic flow, special events, and member or guest inquiries while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a welcoming club environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
