About the Role
You’ll take ownership of our internal communications approach, working closely with senior leaders and teams across the Group to make sure our people are connected to our priorities and understand what’s happening across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:

- Ensuring communications are inclusive, accessible and aligned with our brand, values and tone of voice.
- Working closely with teams across the business to make sure communications are built into project planning from the start.
- Using SharePoint and other digital platforms to deliver engaging, targeted and accessible internal communications.
Ultimately, you’ll help ensure our communications are clear, creative, consistent and connected to our wider business strategy.
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be comfortable advising senior stakeholders while also getting stuck into creating content yourself.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in an internal communications role within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Strong experience supporting change, transformation or strategic business programmes.
- The confidence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders and provide communications advice.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex information simple, relevant and engaging.
- A strong creative eye and the ability to produce polished, professional and on-brand communications and documents.
- Experience using a range of digital communication channels, with a strong understanding of mobile-first communication.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and internal communications platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation, customer data or audience segmentation platforms.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A data-led approach, with confidence using analytics, dashboards and KPIs to measure communications effectiveness.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how communications can support business performance.
- A pragmatic, collaborative and proactive approach.
