Wesley Chapel continues to grow, bringing new customers, businesses, and opportunity to the area. We’re looking for an experienced General Sales Manager who can build on that momentum, develop a strong team, and help position the dealership for continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead the sales operation with a focus on volume, profitability, customer experience, and continued growth.
• Coach, develop, and hold Sales Managers and sales professionals accountable to clear performance expectations.
• Manage daily sales activity, monitor results, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Stay actively engaged with customers and the sales team, providing leadership and support when needed.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent while building a strong, performance-driven team culture.
• Maintain high standards across inventory, pricing, merchandising, and the overall customer experience.
• Partner with dealership leadership on traffic, conversion, market share, and overall store performance, while ensuring key operational and month-end responsibilities are completed.

What You'll Bring

• Proven automotive retail sales leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Solid understanding of dealership sales operations, inventory, and financial performance.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A positive leadership presence and genuine desire to build a team people want to be part of.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
