The Vice President will be accountable for technology outcomes across Finance, Settlement, Treasury, Procurement, and Credit. The role will partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate enterprise priorities into an integrated portfolio of platforms, products, services, and transformation initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technology strategy for Corporate Finance, aligning investments, platforms, and capabilities with enterprise and CFO priorities.
  • Serve as the strategic technology partner to senior business leaders, translating business objectives into scalable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive transformation through platform simplification, process standardization, and integrated solutions that enhance efficiency, controls, and business performance.

Portfolio, Architecture & Transformation

  • Lead portfolio strategy, investment governance, and prioritization across corporate financial systems to maximize business value and transformation outcomes.
  • Define the target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for platforms, data, and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology, security, and risk standards.
  • Drive modernization and simplification through application rationalization, technical debt reduction, and platform optimization while improving resilience, efficiency, and scalability.

Risk, compliance, and controls.

  • Maintain effective governance over technology risk, cybersecurity, data protection, financial controls, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and access management.
  • Ensure timely remediation of audit, control, resilience, and technology-risk findings.
  • Embed control requirements into platform design, delivery practices, and operational processes.

Organization & Talent

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global organization across product, platform, architecture, engineering, and service management functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, leadership development, and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success.
  • Oversee workforce strategy, budgets, and strategic vendor partnerships to align capabilities, capacity, and investments with business priorities.

Leadership

  • Demonstrated enterprise leadership with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to connect business strategy, operating processes, data, technology platforms, and controls to deliver measurable business value.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and decision-making skills, with a track record of simplifying complexity, driving accountability, and leading transformational change.

Role Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience across enterprise applications, architecture, engineering, service delivery, portfolio management, and organizational leadership.
  • Exhibited significant experience supporting complex financial or corporate business processes and associated technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation, architecture simplification, cost optimization, and operational improvement.
  • History of overseeing globally distributed teams, material budgets, strategic vendors, and complex executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven understanding of technology operating models, product management, software development, service management, risk, and platform lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Financial services, payments, or other highly regulated global-industry experience preferred.
