What you'll do:
- Participate in SAP HR projects at national as well as international level;
- Plan and execute with autonomy the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs agreed under a project or project stream;
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements;
- Manage interactions with the client and the project team, according to the scope of operation;
- Identify, analyze and solve problems in your area of expertise;
- Contribute to the development of the practice in which it is inserted.
Requirements:
- Experience between 2 and 8 years in the area of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM;
- Academic training in the area of Information Systems or equivalent;
- English Language Skills;
- Customer and results guidance;
- Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
- Problem solving, analytical capability and critical spirit;
- Organisation, planning and guidance on the quality of projects;
- Customer and results guidance.
