Description
The position is responsible for implementing Human Resources programs and initiatives while serving as a key liaison between the organization and external stakeholders. It supports talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce administration, and regulatory compliance while fostering positive relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders. The role contributes to workforce stability, employee engagement, and community partnership initiatives that support business continuity and operational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
- Facilitate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, manpower requirements, and employee movements.
- Support payroll preparation, timekeeping administration, and employee benefits coordination.
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues while promoting positive employee relations.
- Support disciplinary processes and ensure consistent implementation of company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower updates for management review.
- Source and screen candidates for operational and field-based positions.
- Coordinate interviews, pre-employment requirements, and deployment activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities and employment sources to support manpower requirements.
- Conduct employee orientations, meetings, and communication sessions.
- Support employee engagement programs aimed at improving morale and productivity.
- Serve as the primary liaison with local communities, barangays, local government units, landowners, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization during community engagements, consultations, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate community relations activities and support corporate social responsibility programs.
- Monitor community concerns and provide timely recommendations to management.
- Assist in resolving community-related issues that may impact operations.
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding employment, labor, and community-related matters.
- Assist in securing permits, certifications, and regulatory requirements as needed.
- Support compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain records related to human resources, community engagement, and stakeholder relations.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You must have at least 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, community relations, or administrative functions.
- You must have experience in recruitment, workforce administration, and employee relations.
- You must have strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills. Experience coordinating with government agencies, local government units, barangays, or community organizations is preferred.
- You must have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- You must have strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
- You must have excellent communication skills in English and Filipino; proficiency in Bisaya is highly preferred.
- You must be capable of working independently in a field-based environment.
- You must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite – Bukidnon
