Description
Job Description:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by job postings, identifying candidates, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Process payroll by collecting time and attendance records and resolving payroll errors.
Conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews and monitor the status of each employee
Perform orientations to newly hired employees
Organize 201 files
Process government-mandated benefits
Issue memos and other disciplinary actions to employees
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related course
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Knowledge of labor law, recruitment, and payroll is advantageous.
Resides near Tondo, Manila
