Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new-business development, with 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, either from an independent agency or a captive environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000+
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and new-business development
- Experience in both captive and independent agency environments is welcome
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals
