Core Accountabilities

• Multichannel Support: Deliver comprehensive, high-quality customer service across phone, live chat, and email systems using fluent, professional German.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and solve client problems efficiently, navigating complex inquiries to achieve effective resolution on the first interaction.
• Record Keeping: Input detailed logs of client interactions, account updates, and resolution details directly into the corporate CRM database with absolute precision.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical specialists, tier-2 support, and escalation units to address complex customer cases seamlessly.
• Service Enhancements: Identify strategic opportunities to introduce value-adding product features, upgrades, and add-ons tailored to specific client requirements.
• Knowledge Upgrades: Stay fully informed about updated product features, corporate guidelines, compliance rules, and daily operational workflows.

Target Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• Languages: C1/C2 level proficiency in German for client communications, alongside B2 or higher English skills for team collaboration and internal software use.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, clear writing ability, strong active listening techniques, and natural patience.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and digital platforms, with a fast capacity to learn proprietary enterprise software.
• Mindset: Patient, organized, and empathetic problem solver who remains calm under pressure and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Location & Commute: Fully prepared to commute to our modern District 4 office located directly next to the Eroii Revoluției Metro transit hub 3 days per week.

Onboarding & Training

• Duration: 1 week of fully paid introductory training to ensure you feel 100% confident before taking live customer interactions.
• Schedule: Held Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 17:00.
• Content: Led by expert corporate trainers, covering support tools, product specifications, operational processes, compliance protocols, and practical scenario simulations.

Compensation & Financial Perks

• Guaranteed Earnings: 5,569 RON net base salary per month, supplemented by a 400 RON net monthly allowance covering home utility bills and travel costs, resulting in a 5,969 RON total net guaranteed monthly baseline.
