We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes. The intern will support various talent acquisition functions, including job postings, data management, sourcing, and process improvement initiatives.
What you will do:
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date job and candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Paycom.
- Assist with drafting, updating, and revising job descriptions to ensure alignment with current role expectations and company standards.
- Contribute to data entry, reporting, and analysis of key recruitment metrics to help identify trends and improve processes.
- Actively participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and training sessions to gain exposure to recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Support ad-hoc projects across the Talent Acquisition function and the wider Human Resources team as needed.
- Assist in identifying new recruiting sources and strategies to expand diversity within the applicant pool.
- Support the team in sourcing candidates and/or conducting initial resume reviews for open positions.
What we’re looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with or interest in learning ATS systems, especially Paycom, is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
