As our digital presence continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our social media ecosystem across multiple brands.

What You'll Be Doing

* Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across multiple brands and platforms.

* Own the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent, engaging, and timely publishing.

* Manage and optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

* Work closely with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Editors, and Marketing teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.

* Define platform-specific strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.

* Analyze platform performance, audience insights, and campaign results to continuously optimize performance.

* Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, identifying new growth opportunities.

* Lead the execution of social media campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and major sporting event activations.

* Coordinate content production around live events, sports news, and seasonal campaigns.

* Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.

* Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of social media processes and best practices.

What We're Looking For

* 4+ years of experience managing social media for digital brands, publishers, agencies, or media companies.

* Proven experience developing and executing successful social media strategies.

* Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

* Excellent understanding of platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and engagement strategies.

* Strong copywriting and content planning skills.

* Experience interpreting analytics and translating data into actionable decisions.

* Excellent project management and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple brands and fast-paced content calendars simultaneously.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Excellent command of both Greek and English.

Nice to Have

* Experience within sports media, sports betting, iGaming, entertainment, or digital publishing.

* Experience working with influencer collaborations and creator partnerships.

* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media management platforms.

* Experience coordinating paid social campaigns alongside Performance Marketing teams.

* Relevant certifications in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
