We have an exciting opportunity for nCino Developers to join our team and help shape the future of one of BNZ's critical banking platforms.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to apply your experience to deliver high quality, maintainable and scalable solutions as we continue to expand the platform capabilities and adoption. Depending on your experience and capability, we are open to considering candidates at either Intermediate or Senior Developer level.

- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing - Partner with business and technology stakeholders across the programme by contributing to technical discussions. Actively share knowledge with the wider engineering community and coach others.
- Production Support & Operational Excellence - Participate in platform support activities, helping diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and improve system reliability and resilience.

What attributes will this person display to be successful in this role?
This is an opportunity for an engineer who combines strong technical capability with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
You'll be naturally curious, adaptable, and outcome-driven, with the ability to simplify complex problems, context switch and work effectively across diverse teams. You'll be committed to continuous learning, open communication, and contributing positively to team culture.
For more experienced candidates, you'll also demonstrate technical leadership, mentoring capability, and the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
