Regional Head of Implementation & Integration – APAC

About the role

The Regional Head of Implementation & Integration is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading Fiserv's APAC Implementation, Integration, and Technical Account Management functions. This leader will oversee the successful delivery of enterprise client onboarding, solution implementations, API integrations, certification, go-live readiness, hypercare, and service transition across the region.

The role requires a strong people leader and programme delivery expert who can build high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, manage complex enterprise projects, and partner with senior stakeholders to support Fiserv's growth strategy across APAC.

What you will do:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the APAC Implementation & Integration strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team of Implementation Managers, Integration Managers, Technical Account Managers, and project delivery professionals.
• Build a scalable operating model capable of supporting rapid growth, new products, and strategic client acquisitions.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Delivery & Programme Management

• Own the end-to-end implementation and integration portfolio across APAC.
• Ensure successful delivery of complex enterprise onboarding, technology integrations, migrations, and strategic client programmes.
• Establish governance, project management frameworks, risk controls, and delivery standards.
• Drive effective capacity planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, and portfolio management.
• Act as the executive escalation point for critical client implementations and high-impact delivery issues.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build strong partnerships with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Global Delivery teams.
• Serve as the senior client-facing leader for strategic implementation engagements.
• Ensure proactive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and delivery transparency.
• Drive exceptional client experience and successful transition into BAU support.

Operational Excellence

• Define and manage regional KPIs, SLAs, productivity measures, and quality standards.
• Lead continuous process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure consistent implementation methodologies, documentation standards, and governance practices across APAC.
• Drive operational readiness and implementation best practices for Commerce Hub, Enterprise, PayFac, Partner, and API-based solutions.

What you will need to have:

• 12+ years of experience in Payments, Fintech, Merchant Acquiring, Banking Technology, or Financial Services.
• 7+ years leading regional implementation, integration, professional services, project management, or client delivery teams.
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise programmes, complex integrations, and cross-functional delivery organisations.
• Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple APAC markets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong project and programme management expertise with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in merchant onboarding, payment gateways, APIs, digital commerce, acquiring, or payment processing preferred.
