Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

This role involves managing a diverse book of business, assisting senior account managers, and delivering top-notch service to a clients in a fast-paced yet enjoyable work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management from A-Z for a book of business with at least $500,000 in revenue ($5-7 million in premium).
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing accounts, including construction and generalist accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate servicing of policies, including renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes (experience with EPIC is a plus but not required).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing a book of business of comparable size.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated good tenure and a positive, professional attitude.
