As a Junior Graphic Designer at Air Connect, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team by creating visually appealing graphics for various projects, including digital marketing materials, branding, social media content, and print collateral. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the development of visual concepts and designs for a variety of projects, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for design projects.
- Prepare and present design mock ups and prototypes to the team for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our work remains fresh and innovative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to the design process as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work included).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
