Job Description
- 5–9 Yrs of hands-on experience in Progress 4gl and related technologies (e.g., AppServer, WebSpeed, PAS for OpenEdge);
- Exposure to Source control systems (Git)
- Exposure to IT service management platforms like ServiceNow; understanding of Incident management, SLA tracking, and Release management. ITSM Certification is a plus.
- Adherence to development standards and best practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts, with an interest in applying them to improve engineering efficiency and workflows
- Second and third level technical support to International client base in the financial industry.
- Experience with Visual studio code is a plus.
