About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on, AI-forward Financial Controller who will play a critical role in managing and strengthening the financial operations that support our next stage of growth. This is not a traditional back-office accounting role.
The Financial Controller will own the day-to-day financial operations of the company while actively leveraging AI, automation, and modern financial tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, reporting, and financial controls. This individual should be excited about identifying processes that can be automated or AI-assisted and implementing smarter, more scalable ways of working.
The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in finance and accounting with a technology-forward mindset, thrives in a growing company environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes full ownership of the financial health of the organization.
