Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. 
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Offer parent coaching to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation. 
• Collaborate with clients and families to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the mental health services for clients. 
• Work with providers through consultation and collaboration to best meet clients’ needs. 
• Provide staff training, consultation or other presentations as needed. 

Requirements

Qualifications:  

Masters' degree in social work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Independent licensure (e.g. LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC) preferred but not required.

Experience working with Individuals, families, and/or couples in a clinical setting. 

Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
