Description
Run a-month paid search and local engine for a multi-state law group, and own the revenue scorecard from first touch to retained client.
Martine Law is a family of criminal defense and family law firms in Minnesota, North Carolina, and Texas. About $138K a month in media across Google Local Services Ads, PPC, and directories. Ninety Google Business Profiles. Roughly $3.3M a year in total revenue-engine spend across marketing, intake, and sales. An AI-first content and site stack. An owner who approves decisions in a day.
This is a player-coach seat. You will personally run paid search, analytics, and attribution for the first 180 days. You will have one or two people, not twenty. If you want to manage agencies, this is the wrong job. If you want your hands on the accounts and your name on the number, keep reading.
You own the revenue scorecard from first touch to retained client. You set the metrics, targets, and process for marketing, intake, and sales. Intake and sales keep their current leaders and their people; your authority there is the number, not the org chart. Marketing you run directly, hands-on, with a team you rebuild.
You will not start from zero. A senior practitioner has already consolidated the Ads account, stood up GA4 events, Ahrefs rank tracking, and directional HubSpot attribution, and co-owns your day-60 baseline and first-quarter scorecard with you. You inherit a clean instrument panel and a partner who has already found the problems.
Our hiring process is four steps over about 25 days: a short application, a 45-minute numbers call, a 45-minute technical screen inside a live Google Ads account, a paid $1,500 work sample on our real funnel data under NDA, then a conversation with the owner.
