Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Manage demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
- Oversee procurement activities, supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor inventory performance and implement initiatives to reduce stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import and export activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure service quality and reliability.
- Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development teams to support business requirements and product launches.
- Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS are preferred.
