OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes, working closely with various stakeholders to optimise performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand effectively.Conduct regular analysis of supply chain data to inform decision-making.Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in supply chain processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Nice to haveAdvanced degree in a related field.Experience with supply chain management software and tools.Professional certifications, such as APICS or ISM.
