Role summary:The Senior Manager, Industrial Project Management leads the execution of complex, cross-functional projects by aligning business priorities with operational needs and removing obstacles to performance. About the team:
The Industrial Design & Construction Last Mile team drives Walmart’s pickup and delivery network projects, supporting supply chain and retail operations. This collaborative group partners with internal units, consultants, and leadership to manage complex initiatives focused on consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Team members apply creative problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Emphasizing operational excellence and strategic execution, the team plays a vital role in delivering convenient, reliable omnichannel experiences that enhance Walmart’s service capabilities and customer satisfaction across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Develop, communicate, and adjust business plans to meet customer and operational needs effectively.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources while monitoring performance and mitigating risks.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and implementing standardized practices for project deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to support informed decision-making and change management initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
