Job Description
Payroll Administration
- Assist monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
- Coordinate payroll-related matters with the relevant department.
- Ensure statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SKBBK, PCB) are processed accurately and on time.
- Handle payroll queries from employees.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain employee training records and monitor training schedules.
- Assist in identifying training needs and preparing annual training plans.
- Support HRDF/HRD Corp-related documentation and claims, where applicable.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee personal files and HR records.
- Administer employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and other employment documentation.
- Monitor leave administration and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
General Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist with office administration and other ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and recruitment.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor
Salary Range: Up to RM4.5k
