Summary:
Oversees the daily operation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology systems. Ensures the integrity, security, and availability of workforce data while supporting clinical and non-clinical staff operations. Leads a team of professionals, drives system enhancements, and delivers analytics that support compliance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:
Utilizes project management skillset to manage HR information systems implementation projects, system upgrades, and vendor management.Manages system configurations, workflows, user roles, and integrations across platforms. Ensures system reliability and alignment with operational needs, including 24/7 workforce environments.Develops user procedures, guidelines, documentation, end-user training resources, and communications for designated HRIS modules.Ensures maintenance of documented internal processes and procedures to ensure system data integrity by using audit scripts and other controls, and resolves identified data issues.Develops and configures modules within Workday as assigned to meet business needs and follows standard operating procedures for regularly occurring processes.Supports the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday module(s) upgrades and patches of the following functional areas: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Learning and Absence.Leads system implementations, upgrades, and testing (UAT), serving as the primary subject matter expert.Oversees daily operations of Workday HCM, including business process frameworks, security roles, organizations, and data structuresActs as administrator for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Learning, and Recruiting functional work streams.Acts as the technical point of contact between different functional departments and clients/stakeholders with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and reporting.Conducts audits to ensure data accuracy, and develops, runs, and analyzes complex HR reports and Executive dashboards. Generates complex queries, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions.Competencies:
