Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading daily quality operations in an aerospace manufacturing, distribution, or repair environment.
This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, aerospace quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The position communicates quality policies and objectives across the operation, supports the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintains quality documentation and records, provides guidance on quality and compliance matters, and partners with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise quality inspectors and quality assurance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
- Lead investigations of nonconformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis.
- Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits and drive timely corrective actions.
- Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Review and approve quality documentation, SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, and compliance reports.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality performance and resolve quality concerns.
- Support customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and regulatory compliance while leading, developing, and coaching team members.

- Job Grade: 202
- This is not a remote position. Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate – Required.
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
May require flexibility depending on business needs.
