The Role
Lead creative projects across brand, digital and print, producing engaging campaigns, web assets and marketing materials while collaborating across Design, Marketing, Social and Web teams.

 Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Creative: Design logos, visual and brand concepts. Create and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Digital Design & UI: Design creative assets for digital advertising platforms, including Google, Meta and social media campaigns. Create website visuals, landing pages, wireframes and user interface (UI) designs, while applying UX best practices to enhance usability and user experience. Work closely with the Web Development team to support website design improvements and digital assets.
• Graphic Design: Create high-quality designs for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, presentations, landing pages, brochures, flyers, banners and other print and digital marketing collateral.
• Motion & Video (Nice to Have): Where applicable, support the creation and editing of promotional videos, teaching materials and testimonials. Assist with motion graphics, branded assets for social media reels and short-form video content to support Social Media and marketing campaigns.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in graphic design, branding, UI/UX, digital marketing, AI-powered creative tools and social media content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritise workloads effectively and deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment. From time to time, coordinate print orders by liaising with internal stakeholders, Finance and print suppliers, ensuring artwork is production-ready and orders are completed efficiently.

Essential:

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design and Digital Design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience creating professional presentations
• Working knowledge of Figma for UI design, wireframing and collaborative design workflows
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing campaigns and print design
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms
• Experience creating ads for paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout and visual hierarchy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI) to enhance creative workflows is an advantage

Desirable:

• Experience with interactive media, understanding of social media trends, particularly in short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects for video editing and basic motion graphics
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to support digital design projects
• Experience in the education sector or similar industries.
